BATON ROUGE, La. (Interstat) — The winless Baton Rouge Bears will look to secure their first victory of the season when they face the Navarro Bulldogs on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025, in a men’s junior college basketball matchup at the Decari Markray Classic.

Baton Rouge (0-5) is coming off a narrow 52-49 home loss to Angelina this past Friday. The Bears have struggled offensively, averaging just 57 points per game during their five-game skid, which includes losses by 10, 2, and 3 points in their last three outings.

Navarro (3-2) enters the contest with momentum after a 71-67 road win against Ranger on Wednesday. The Bulldogs have shown a balanced attack, averaging 69.4 points per game. Their two losses this season came against Howard (Tex.), 78-58, and Odessa, 62-57.

The game pits Baton Rouge’s search for consistency against a Navarro squad aiming to build a winning record. The Bears will continue their road-heavy early schedule, while the Bulldogs will look to capitalize on their recent success before a Dec. 3 home game against Tyler.
