RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (Interstat) — The Chaffey College Panthers will host the Cerritos College Falcons in a men’s junior college basketball season opener for both teams on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025.

Both programs will look to start a new campaign on a positive note after their 2024-25 seasons ended in defeat. Cerritos concluded its previous season with a 70-82 loss at San Francisco on March 13. Chaffey’s last outing was a 61-86 defeat at Fullerton on March 8.

The non-conference matchup, organized by the California Community College Athletic Association, will be the first of 10 scheduled November contests for the Falcons. Cerritos will hit the road again next week to face Irvine Valley on Nov. 6.

For the Panthers, the Halloween game kicks off a busy opening month. Chaffey is scheduled to play five games in November, including a road contest at Santa Ana on Nov. 5.

Tipoff is set for Friday night at Chaffey College.
