DYERSBURG, Tenn. (Interstat) — The Dyersburg State Eagles will look to secure their first win of the young season when they travel to face the Kaskaskia College Blue Devils in a men’s junior college basketball game on Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025.

Dyersburg State (0-3) is coming off a narrow 91-88 overtime loss to Pellissippi State on Nov. 8, a game in which Bryce Scurlark scored 23 points. The Eagles have shown offensive flashes, scoring 96 points in a loss to Northwest Mississippi on Nov. 4, but have struggled to find a complete performance.

Kaskaskia (0-0) will be opening its 2025-26 season. The Blue Devils have not played a competitive game since a 73-67 loss to Lincoln Trail on March 9, 2024, making them a difficult team to scout.

The matchup pits a Dyersburg State team searching for consistency against a Kaskaskia squad unveiling its new roster. The Eagles will rely on the scoring of Scurlark and the inside presence of Emmanuel Okogie, who had 15 points and seven rebounds in the last outing.

Following this contest, Dyersburg State returns home to host Roane State on Saturday, Nov. 22. Kaskaskia’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 7, against Missouri State-West Plains.
