DIXON, Ill. (Interstat) — The Sauk Valley Skyhawks will look to capitalize on home court and halt a three-game skid when they host the Wilbur Wright Rams in a men’s junior college basketball game on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2025.

The Skyhawks (1-3) are coming off a narrow 77-72 road loss to Olive-Harvey on Saturday. Their lone victory this season was a 67-65 win over Richard J Daley on Nov. 1.

Wilbur Wright (0-1) was soundly defeated in its season opener, falling 95-55 at Highland (Ill.) this past Saturday. The Rams showed some individual bright spots in the loss, with Ed Wiggins posting 14 points and 11 rebounds, Jermaine Jones adding 12 points and 10 rebounds, and Carlos Perez contributing 15 points and five assists.

Tuesday’s contest offers both teams an opportunity to build momentum. For the Rams, it is a chance to secure their first win. For the Skyhawks, the game represents their best shot in recent weeks to get back in the win column before hosting Marshalltown on Nov. 25.

The two teams are scheduled to meet again in a rematch on Jan. 13, 2026, in Chicago.
