WEST PLAINS, Mo. (Interstat) — The Northern Oklahoma-Enid Jets, coming off a dramatic season-opening victory, will face the Missouri State-West Plains Grizzlies on the road Tuesday night.

The Jets (1-0) edged Howard (Tex.) 72-71 at home on Monday. The Grizzlies (0-1) are looking to rebound after a narrow 96-93 road loss to Seminole State (Okla.), also on Monday.

The non-conference men’s junior college basketball matchup pits a Northern Oklahoma-Enid team that found a way to win a close game against a Missouri State-West Plains squad that showed high-scoring potential in defeat. The contest will be the second in as many nights for both programs.

Following Tuesday’s game, the Jets will not play again until a home game against Independence on Nov. 10. The Grizzlies’ schedule remains busy, with a road game at Southeastern on Friday, Nov. 7.
