Georgetown Rallies Past Campbellsville in High-Scoring NAIA Showdown
GEORGETOWN, Ky. (Interstat) — The Georgetown Tigers used a dominant second half to defeat the Campbellsville Tigers 76-61 in a men’s NAIA basketball game Saturday.
Georgetown, now 19-7, trailed 61-60 late in the third quarter before closing the game on a 16-0 run. Campbellsville, which fell to 16-11, led 34-37 after a high-scoring first half but was held to just 27 points after halftime.
Isaiah Mason led Georgetown with 19 points and 13 rebounds. Dalton Kramer scored a game-high 23 points for Campbellsville in the loss. Georgetown avenged a 10-point loss to Campbellsville from earlier this month.
