NEW ORLEANS (Interstat) — Dillard erased an 18-point, first-quarter deficit to defeat Tougaloo 85-79 in a men’s NAIA basketball game Thursday night. The visiting Bulldogs led 40-28 after one quarter, but the Bleu Devils outscored them 57-39 after that to secure the comeback win.

Antonio Patterson led Tougaloo with 26 points. For Dillard, Devin Lewis scored 18 points and Miles Williams added 17, including a critical 3-pointer late. Dillard improved to 7-7. Tougaloo fell to 10-5.
