NEW ORLEANS (Interstat) — Southern-New Orleans defeated Dillard 77-67 in a men’s NAIA basketball game Tuesday night. The Knights, led by Dorian Booker’s 13 points and 13 rebounds, used a more efficient offensive performance to secure the home victory.

Southern-New Orleans shot 48.3% from the floor and posted an offensive rating of 107.6. Dillard, which got a 20-point, 11-rebound double-double from John Kelly III, shot just 36.6%. The Knights built a 41-36 halftime lead and maintained it despite both teams committing 13 turnovers.

The Knights improved to 5-7. The Bleu Devils fell to 5-4.
