Seattle at Auburn
AUBURN, Ala. (Interstat) — The Auburn Tigers, seeking to build momentum after a .500 regular season, will host the Seattle Redhawks in a nonconference men’s basketball matchup on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Auburn Arena.
The Tigers (18-16) enter off a 78-67 home victory over South Alabama on Tuesday, where Kevin Overton scored 21 points. Overton has been a consistent offensive force for Auburn, averaging 18.4 points over his last eight games, including a 33-point outburst in a loss at Alabama on March 7.
Seattle (21-13) arrives with a winning record and confidence from a 67-52 win over Saint Thomas (Minn.) on Tuesday. Guard Brayden Maldonado, who had 15 points and five assists in that victory, is the Redhawks’ catalyst. He scored a career-high 33 points in a win at Loyola Marymount on Feb. 28 and will be a primary focus for Auburn’s defense.
Auburn’s season has been marked by narrow defeats and key wins, including a 75-74 thriller over Kentucky on Feb. 21. Alongside Overton, Keyshawn Hall provides a scoring punch, dropping 21 points in the win over South Alabama.
The Redhawks have shown resilience in close games, with recent wins over San Diego and Loyola Marymount by a combined seven points. Their season includes a strong 8-2 stretch from Feb. 4-28 before a narrow road loss at Pacific on March 7.
Auburn has been installed as a 13-point favorite by oddsmakers. The over/under total is set at 146.5 points.
The game tips off at 1 p.m. EDT Sunday.
