ST. LOUIS (Interstat) — The Miami Hurricanes used a dominant second half to defeat the Missouri Tigers 80-66 in a men’s NCAA Division I playoff game Friday at Enterprise Center.

A tight contest turned after halftime. Missouri led 26-27 at the break, but Miami erupted for 53 second-half points to seize control before a crowd of 17,726. The Hurricanes improved to 26-8 this season, while the Tigers finished 20-13.

Key performances from Miami’s Tre Donaldson and Malik Reneau fueled the surge. Missouri’s Jayden Stone and Mark Mitchell provided resistance, but the Tigers could not counter Miami’s efficiency after intermission.
