ITHACA, N.Y. (Interstat) — Penn defeated Harvard 62-60 in overtime Saturday in an Ivy League men’s basketball game at Ben Light Gymnasium.

The Quakers led 30-26 at halftime but were outscored in the second half to force overtime tied at 53. Penn secured the victory with a 9-7 edge in the extra period. The Crimson missed a potential game-tying shot at the buzzer.

Attendance was 2,277. Penn improved to 17-11 overall. Harvard fell to 17-12. The season series finished tied, with each team winning on its opponent’s home floor.
