BUFFALO, N.Y. (Interstat) — Arlandus Keyes scored 22 points to lead Mount Saint Mary’s to a 78-68 men’s basketball victory over Canisius on Saturday at Koessler Athletic Center.

The Mountaineers improved to 7-12 overall after outscoring the Golden Griffins 45-34 in the second half. Canisius fell to 8-11.

Keyes fueled the win, hitting 8 of 12 shots from the floor. Bryan Ndjonga led Canisius with 22 points and five assists. Mount Saint Mary’s dominated inside, scoring 36 points in the paint to Canisius’s 16, and shot 55.8% from the field.

An announced crowd of 591 watched the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference game.
