BOISE, Idaho (Interstat) — UNLV outlasted Boise State 86-83 in overtime Friday night in a Mountain West men’s basketball game at Taco Bell Arena. The Runnin’ Rebels erased an 11-point halftime deficit, rallying from a 40-29 hole to force the extra period before securing the road victory. The Broncos, who were favored by 9.5 points, missed a chance to sweep the season series after falling to UNLV in overtime last month. A crowd of 10,155 watched as UNLV improved to 13-12 overall. Boise State dropped to 15-10. The combined score fell under the betting total of 156.5.
