BOSLER, Wyo. (Interstat) — The Wyoming Cowboys used a dominant first half to defeat the Nevada Wolf Pack 83-73 in a Mountain West Conference men’s basketball game Tuesday night at Arena-Auditorium.

Wyoming built a 49-28 halftime lead before Nevada rallied with a 45-point second half. The Cowboys held on despite being outscored after the break, improving to 17-13 overall. Nevada fell to 19-11. The result avenged a January home loss to the Wolf Pack. An announced crowd of 3,478 watched as the total score fell under the betting over/under line of 144.5.
