SOUTH BEND, Ind. (Interstat) — Duke delivered a commanding performance Tuesday night, routing Notre Dame 100-56 in Atlantic Coast Conference men’s basketball at a sold-out Joyce Athletic Center.

The Blue Devils (26-2) seized control immediately, building a 54-22 halftime lead over the Fighting Irish (12-16). Duke’s defense stifled Notre Dame throughout, never allowing the home team to mount a challenge. The Blue Devils have now won three consecutive games since their last loss.

The outcome was never in doubt as Duke, a heavy pregame favorite, surpassed its projected point spread with ease. The combined score of 156 points sailed over the game’s over/under line. Attendance was 9,149.
