Utah State Holds Off Colorado State for Road Win

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (Interstat) — Utah State rallied from a 10-point halftime deficit to defeat Colorado State 65-61 in a Mountain West Conference men’s basketball game Friday night at Moby Arena.

The Aggies, who trailed 35-25 at the break, outscored the Rams 40-26 in the second half to secure the victory before a crowd of 6,461. The win improved Utah State’s record to 16-3 overall, while Colorado State fell to 12-8. Utah State swept the regular-season series, having also won the previous meeting last month. The Aggies’ defense keyed the comeback, limiting Colorado State’s offensive production after halftime in the tightly contested conference matchup.
