DAVIDSON, N.C. (Interstat) — The Davidson Wildcats, coming off a dominant season-opening victory, will host the Washington State Cougars on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, at Belk Arena.

Davidson (1-0) cruised to a 97-63 win over DeSales on Monday. Hunter Adam led the way with 18 points, while Manie Joses added 11 points and six rebounds.

Washington State (0-1) looks to rebound from a narrow 83-81 home loss to Idaho. The Cougars had a trio of players score 17 points each in the defeat: Emmanuel Ugbo, Ace Glass III and Tomas Thrastarson.

The game pits the Wildcats’ high-powered offense, which scored 97 points in its opener, against a Washington State team seeking its first win and a more consistent defensive effort.

This non-conference matchup is the first of a two-game homestand for Davidson, which travels to face Charlotte on Nov. 11. For Washington State, it’s the second leg of a challenging early-season stretch before returning home to face Saint Thomas (Minn.) on Nov. 10.
