EASTON, Mass. (Interstat) — Davante Hackett scored 40 points to lead Stonehill to a 103-77 victory over Saint Francis (Pa.) in a Northeast Conference men’s basketball game Thursday night at Merkert Gymnasium.

The Skyhawks, now 10-19, built a commanding 54-33 halftime lead and never relented before a crowd of 307. Hackett, a junior from Brampton, Canada, achieved his game-high total in 34 minutes.

Skylar Wicks led the Red Flash with 22 points. Saint Francis fell to 7-23 overall.

Stonehill shot efficiently from the floor to secure the win, avenging a two-point loss to the Red Flash from Jan. 19. Chas Stinson added 16 points for the Skyhawks.
