PHILADELPHIA (Interstat) — Drexel edged Campbell 65-60 in a Colonial Athletic Association men’s basketball game Thursday night at Daskalakis Athletic Center. The teams were tied 27-27 at halftime before the Dragons used a stronger second half to secure the win.

Campbell’s Dovydas Butka led all scorers with 22 points. Drexel was paced by Shane Blakeney, who also scored 22, including key late free throws. Victor Panov added 13 points for the Dragons.

The victory improved Drexel to 16-14 overall. Campbell fell to 13-16. An announced crowd of 1,044 attended.
