RICHMOND, Va. (Interstat) — Terrence Hill scored 24 points to lead VCU to an 89-75 victory over Loyola Chicago in an Atlantic 10 Conference men’s basketball game Friday night at Siegel Center.

The teams were tied 46-46 at halftime, but the Rams pulled away in the second half, outscoring the Ramblers 43-29. Hill added five assists for VCU, which improved to 16-6. Miles Rubin scored 21 points for Loyola Chicago, which fell to 5-18. Xavier Amos added 18 points for the Ramblers. The announced attendance was 7,637.
