AMES, Iowa (Interstat) — Iowa State dominated Colorado 97-67 in a Big 12 men’s basketball game Thursday night at Hilton Coliseum. The Cyclones built a commanding 52-29 halftime lead and never relented before a crowd of 14,267.

Isaiah Johnson led all scorers with 24 points for the Buffaloes. Iowa State showcased a balanced attack with Jamarion Batemon scoring 17 points, Milan Momcilovic adding 16 and Tamin Lipsey contributing 14 points and five assists. The Cyclones improved to 19-2 overall, while Colorado fell to 12-9.
