BOSTON (Interstat) — Austin Benigni scored 20 points to lead Navy to a 58-50 victory over Boston University in a Patriot League men’s basketball game Wednesday night at Agganis Arena.

The Midshipmen, who swept the season series, improved to 16-6. The Terriers fell to 8-14.

Navy trailed 27-21 at halftime but outscored Boston University 37-23 after the break. Benigni added four assists in 40 minutes. Ben Defty led the Terriers with 19 points and four blocks.

A crowd of 663 saw the game, where the total points fell well below the betting over/under line of 139.
