Georgia Tech at Georgia

ATHENS, Ga. (Interstat) — An early-season battle of unbeatens is set for Friday night as the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets visit the Georgia Bulldogs at Stegeman Coliseum.

Both intrastate rivals enter the Nov. 14, 2025, contest with 3-0 records, though their paths to perfection have differed. Georgia Tech is coming off a 70-60 home win over Southeastern Louisiana on Monday, led by Mouhamed Sylla’s 16 points. The Yellow Jackets’ start includes a 56-52 overtime victory against Maryland-Eastern Shore.

Georgia, meanwhile, has dominated its opponents, averaging 106 points per game. The Bulldogs are fresh off a 120-81 rout of Morehead State on Sunday, where Jeremiah Wilkinson scored 22 points in just 21 minutes. Their other wins include a 104-59 decision over Bellarmine and a 94-29 blowout of Maryland-Eastern Shore.

The matchup pits Georgia Tech’s defense, which has held two opponents under 55 points, against a high-powered Georgia offense that has eclipsed the century mark twice.

Following this rivalry game, Georgia Tech will host Georgia Southern on Nov. 18. Georgia will travel to face Xavier on Nov. 21 in Charleston, South Carolina.
