FORT COLLINS, Colo. (Interstat) — Colorado State cruised to an 81-52 victory over Air Force in a Mountain West Conference men’s basketball game Tuesday night at Moby Arena.

The Rams led 38-21 at halftime and never relented, outscoring the Falcons by 12 in the second half before a crowd of 4,318. The result improved Colorado State to 12-7 this season while Air Force fell to 3-16.

The Rams’ win, installed as a 20.5-point pregame favorite, covered the spread as the total score of 133 narrowly surpassed the over/under line of 133.5. The teams are scheduled to meet again in Colorado Springs on Feb. 10.
