Arizona Wildcats Dominate Kansas State to Remain Undefeated
TUCSON, Ariz. (Interstat) — The Arizona Wildcats overwhelmed the Kansas State Wildcats 101-76 in a nonconference men’s basketball game Wednesday night at McKale Center.
Arizona, improving to 15-0, never trailed after a commanding first half, leading 51-36 at halftime before cruising to the victory before a crowd of 14,357. Brayden Burries led all scorers with 28 points for Arizona. Motiejus Krivas added 25 points.
Kansas State, which fell to 9-6, was led by PJ Haggerty’s 19 points and seven assists. Dorin Buca scored 12 points. Arizona’s efficient offense proved too much, as the home team covered the pregame spread and the total score went over the projected line.
