LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Interstat) — The undefeated Louisville Cardinals will put their 5-0 record on the line when they host the NJIT Highlanders on Wednesday at the KFC Yum! Center.

Louisville is coming off a 74-64 road victory over Cincinnati last Friday. Ryan Conwell led the way with 25 points, while Mikel Brown added 22 points and six assists. The Cardinals’ early-season schedule has been highlighted by a 96-88 win over rival Kentucky on Nov. 11.

NJIT (3-3) looks to rebound after a 70-86 loss at Navy on Saturday. Jeremy Clayville scored 16 points in that defeat for the Highlanders, who have struggled on the road with losses in their last two away games at Navy and Drexel. Their three wins this season have come against Fordham, Loyola Maryland and Fairleigh Dickinson.

The game is the first of a tough two-game road swing for the Highlanders, who travel to Eastern Michigan on Friday. Louisville, meanwhile, will prepare for a marquee non-conference matchup at Arkansas on Dec. 3.
