Clemson at Georgetown

WASHINGTON (Interstat) — Two undefeated teams will put their perfect records on the line Saturday when the Clemson Tigers visit the Georgetown Hoyas in a nonconference men’s basketball matchup at Capital One Arena.

Both teams enter the contest at 3-0. Clemson, the visiting team, is coming off an 83-56 rout of Morehead State on Tuesday. RJ Godfrey led the Tigers with a double-double, scoring 13 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Jake Wahlin added 14 points and Ace Buckner scored 12. The Tigers have dominated their early schedule, winning each game by at least 29 points.

Georgetown also secured its third win Wednesday, defeating Binghamton 83-70. The Hoyas were led by KJ Lewis, who posted 20 points and 10 rebounds, and Vincent Iwuchukwu, who added 17 points. Their most notable victory so far was a 70-60 road win against Maryland on Nov. 7.

The game will be a test for both squads before they dive into more challenging stretches of their schedules. Clemson’s next game is at home against North Alabama on Monday, while Georgetown’s next contest is against Dayton in Kissimmee, Florida, on Nov. 27.

Tipoff is set for Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, in the nation’s capital.
