Norfolk State at Towson

TOWSON, Md. (Interstat) — The Towson Tigers look to build on a dominant offensive performance when they host the Norfolk State Spartans in a non-conference men’s basketball game Friday at SECU Arena.

Tipoff is set for Friday, Nov. 14, 2025.

Towson (2-1) is coming off a 101-62 rout of Wilson on Tuesday, where three players scored at least 16 points. Jaiden Cole led the way with 17 points and seven assists, while Dylan Williamson poured in a team-high 18 points. The Tigers’ only blemish is a 65-48 road loss to a tough Houston squad.

Norfolk State (2-2) arrives after a narrow 60-57 road loss to Old Dominion on Tuesday. The Spartans have shown a balanced attack, with Elijah Jamison (14 points), Anthony McComb (13 points) and Devon Ellis (11 points) all contributing in the defeat. Their two wins came in high-scoring affairs against non-Division I opponents, while both of their losses have been by single digits.

The game presents a contrast in recent momentum, with Towson riding high from a blowout win and Norfolk State seeking to rebound from a tight loss. The Spartans will need to contain a versatile Tigers offense that showcased its depth last time out.

This is the first game of a challenging upcoming stretch for both teams. Norfolk State faces a road trip to Wyoming and Arizona later this month, while Towson travels to James Madison on Nov. 18 before a December slate that includes a marquee matchup at Kansas.
