LEWISBURG, Pa. (Interstat) — Preston Edmead scored 23 points to lead Hofstra to an 83-77 victory over Bucknell in a non-conference men’s basketball game Friday night at Sojka Pavilion. The Pride erased a seven-point halftime deficit by outscoring the Bison 49-36 in the second half. Cruz Davis added 18 points and five assists for Hofstra, while Biggie Patterson contributed 17 points. Jayden Williams and Ruot Bijiek each scored 15 points for Bucknell. Both teams are now 2-2 on the season.
