Hawaii at Oregon

EUGENE, Ore. (Interstat) — The Oregon Ducks will open their 2025-26 men’s basketball season at home against the Hawaii Warriors on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at Matthew Knight Arena.

Both teams enter the contest with 0-0 records, looking to start the new campaign with a victory. The game marks the official debut for both programs after their 2024-25 seasons concluded last March.

Hawaii last played on March 8, 2025, falling 82-73 on the road to Cal State Northridge. Oregon’s most recent outing was a closer 87-83 loss at Arizona in the Pac-12 Conference on March 23.

For the Warriors, the cross-Pacific trip to Eugene is the first of 10 non-conference games before their Big West schedule begins. Their upcoming slate features a lengthy homestand, with eight of their next nine games in Honolulu following the season opener.

The Ducks, under the guidance of coach Dana Altman, face a challenging non-conference schedule. After hosting Hawaii and Rice, Oregon will prepare for a neutral-site game against Auburn and a road test at San Diego State later in November, followed by a early December Pac-12 matchup at UCLA.

Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. PST. The game will be a key early test for both teams as they look to establish momentum at the start of the new season.
