Noland’s Double-Double Leads Columbia Past Dartmouth in Ivy League Matchup

HANOVER, N.H. (Interstat) — Kenny Noland scored 29 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to propel Columbia to a 79-69 victory over Dartmouth in an Ivy League men’s basketball game Saturday at Leede Arena. The Lions improved to 13-6 overall, while the Big Green moved to 9-9.

Noland’s double-double anchored the win, supported by 16 points from Hampton Sanders. Brandon Mitchell-Day led Dartmouth with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Columbia built its lead despite being a slight pregame favorite in a contest where the total fell short of the projected over/under. The outcome defied a statistical model that heavily favored the home team.
