Harvard at Boston College
NEWTON, Mass. (Interstat) — A pair of local men’s basketball teams seeking to get back to .500 will meet Wednesday afternoon when the Harvard Crimson visit the Boston College Eagles at Silvio O. Conte Forum.
Harvard (4-3) arrives after a narrow 75-74 road loss to Boston University on Saturday. The Crimson were led by Robert Hinton, who scored 34 points, and Thomas Batties, who added 14 points and six assists. The loss snapped a two-game winning streak for Harvard.
Boston College (3-4) is also looking to rebound from a tough defeat, having fallen 93-90 in overtime to Tulane at home last Sunday. The Eagles were powered by Donald Hand’s 26 points and Chase Forte’s 22 points in the losing effort.
Both teams have experienced similar early-season struggles, with the Crimson holding a slight edge in the win column. The matchup will feature Harvard’s offense, which has shown potency in wins over New Hampshire and Army, against a Boston College team that has been competitive in close games, including an overtime win at Temple and the recent OT loss to Tulane.
Tipoff is set for Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2025.
