(Interstat) — Matt Noll scored 19 points and Andrew Stokes added 15 as Wayne State (NE) opened its season with an 80-76 victory over Emporia State in a men’s NCAA Division II basketball game Friday afternoon at MWSU Fieldhouse. In a game of shifting momentum, the Wildcats erased a one-point halftime deficit by clamping down defensively in the second half.
