VLADIVOSTOK (Interstat) — Lada will visit Admiral on Saturday in a Kontinental Hockey League game at Fetisov Arena in Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai. Lada enters with a 1-12 record, while Admiral is 4-9.

Lada’s most recent game was a 5-0 home loss to Shanghai Dragons. Evgeny Groshev had two shots on goal and one hit, Doyle Somerby had three shots on goal and four penalty minutes, and Nikolai Makarov added two shots on goal in the defeat.

Makarov is a player to watch for Lada. The defenseman had two shots on goal against Shanghai Dragons, one shot on goal at Avangard Omsk and one shot on goal at Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg. He recorded one assist and five shots on goal at Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, then added one assist, four shots on goal, two penalty minutes and one hit at Ak Bars Kazan. Yanchenko is a player to watch for Admiral. The forward had four shots on goal at Metallurg Magnitogorsk, three shots on goal in a 5-2 win at Metallurg Magnitogorsk and one goal and one assist with four shots on goal and two hits at SKA Saint Petersburg. He also had one shot on goal and one hit at Severstal Cherepovets, three shots on goal and two hits against Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, two shots on goal and one hit against Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, and one assist, one shot on goal and two hits against CSKA Moscow. Yanchenko scored in a win over Severstal Cherepovets and added a goal against Dynamo Moscow.

Admiral has recent wins at Metallurg Magnitogorsk and at Severstal Cherepovets. The club also earned a road win at CSKA Moscow and a home win over Severstal Cherepovets. Lada will visit Amur Khabarovsk next, while Admiral will host Spartak Moscow.
