Han Yoo-seom homered and drove in one run, and Choi Ji-hoon went 3 for 3 with an RBI for the Landers, who finished with nine hits. Chris Paddack gave up one earned run in three innings for the Lions, who had five hits. Miyamori Satoshi also allowed one earned run over three innings. Moon Seung-won, Jo Byeong-hyeon and Jeon Young-jun each worked a scoreless inning of relief for Shinsegae, while Lee Jae-hee and Baek Jung-hyun combined for 1 1/3 scoreless innings for Samsung.
