SUWON (Interstat) — KT Wiz scored in the first, third and fifth innings and beat the Lotte Giants 5-2 on Sunday afternoon, Sept. 13, 2026, at Suwon Baseball Stadium. Ahn Hyun-min drove in Kim Min-hyuck in the first and Choi Won-jun in the third. The Lotte Giants tied it in the fifth when Na Seung-yeup and Hwang Seong-bin scored, with Hwang and Víctor Reyes delivering run-scoring plays, but Sam Hilliard homered in the bottom half to help KT regain the lead. KT added late runs to secure the victory. The KT Wiz finished with 12 hits, while Lotte had 10. So Hyeong-jun and Sugimoto Koki pitched for KT, and Lee Jin-ha, Lee Young-jae and Yoon Seong-pin worked for Lotte. Park Yeong-hyun and Son Dong-hyun also pitched for KT. Attendance at Suwon Baseball Stadium was 18,700. Lotte dropped to 51-66-2. KT improved to 70-45-4. Lotte returns to action Tuesday at Samsung, while KT travels to Hanwha on Tuesday.
