Adam Oller took the loss despite giving up four hits and one earned run with seven strikeouts over six innings. Seo Geon-chang went 2 for 3 with two RBIs, driving in the game’s first run in the third inning and helping spark a two-run seventh. Kiwoom collected seven hits, while Kia managed eight. The Tigers scored their only run in the ninth. Won Jong-hyan and Kanakubo Yuto pitched an inning each in relief for Kiwoom, with Kanakubo allowing one earned run.
