Kia at Kiwoom

SEOUL, South Korea (Interstat) — The Kia Tigers visit the Kiwoom Heroes on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, for a 7 p.m. game at Gocheok Sky Dome. Kia (25-22-1) enters on a three-game winning streak, while Kiwoom (20-28-1) looks to bounce back after losing two of three over the weekend.

Right-hander Adam Oller starts for the Tigers. Oller earned wins in his last two outings, including Sunday’s 3-2 victory over Shinsegae Landers in which he pitched 6.0 scoreless innings, allowing one hit and striking out nine. He also threw 6.0 shutout innings with 10 strikeouts against LG on May 19. However, Oller lost three straight starts before that, giving up five earned runs in each of those outings. He is 0-1 with a 5.40 ERA in two career starts against the Heroes.

Kiwoom counters with right-hander Park Jun-hyun. Park took the loss Sunday against LG, allowing three earned runs over 5.2 innings with eight strikeouts. He won his previous start, May 17 at NC Dinos, throwing 6.0 innings of one-run ball with nine strikeouts. Park has been inconsistent, with a 3.2-inning, four-earned-run start against Doosan on May 3.

The Tigers swept a three-game series from the Heroes in April, winning 6-2, 7-5 and 5-1 at Kia’s home park. Kia has won four of its last six overall. The Heroes have lost three of their last four.

Interstat’s game simulator projects a 6-4 Kia win, giving the Tigers a 62% probability of victory.

This is the first of a three-game set between the teams, with games Wednesday and Thursday also at Gocheok Sky Dome. Kia then visits LG for three games, while Kiwoom hosts KT Wiz for three.
