Capital City vs. Delaware
Preview: Capital City Go-Go at Delaware Blue Coats
WILMINGTON, Del. (Interstat) — The Capital City Go-Go and the Delaware Blue Coats will meet for the second time in as many nights Saturday at 76ers Fieldhouse, with both teams looking to build momentum in the final stretch of the G League season.
The Go-Go (25-23) enter on a hot streak, having won five of their last six games, including a 127-120 overtime victory over Long Island on Sunday. They are led by guard Alondes Williams, who is averaging 27.6 points, 7.3 rebounds and 6.1 assists over his last 10 contests. Williams scored 36 points in the win over Long Island and has recorded two triple-doubles since late February.
Capital City edged Delaware 127-127 in a high-scoring affair on Friday night. Details from that contest were not immediately available.
The Blue Coats (20-27) have been inconsistent but are coming off a narrow 120-118 road win over Long Island on Wednesday. Forward Tyrese Martin powered that victory with a season-high 45 points. Martin has been a standout performer for Delaware, notching a triple-double of 26 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in a win over Grand Rapids on March 1.
Delaware won the first meeting of the season between the teams, 120-110, on Dec. 16, 2025, before dropping the rematch two days later, 127-107.
For Capital City, support for Williams has come from Chris Livingston, who posted 26 points and nine rebounds against Long Island, and Kadary Richmond, who contributes across the board. Delaware will rely on Martin’s scoring burst and the playmaking of guard Saint Thomas, who dished nine assists in the last outing.
Tip-off is set for Saturday, March 28, 2026. The game will be a test of Capital City’s recent offensive surge against a Delaware team capable of explosive performances at home.
