Rip City vs. College Park

Preview: Rip City Remix at College Park Skyhawks

ATLANTA (Interstat) — A surging Rip City Remix squad will look to capitalize on a struggling opponent when they visit the College Park Skyhawks in a G League matchup on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026, at Gateway Center.

The game features a stark contrast in the standings. The visiting Remix (19-14) enter with a winning record and momentum from a 130-119 road victory over Mexico City on Tuesday. The last-place Skyhawks (8-24) are mired in a six-game losing streak, most recently a 156-126 home defeat to Cleveland on Wednesday.

A key matchup will be at point guard, where two of the league’s top performers will square off. Rip City is led by Sean Pedulla, who is coming off a spectacular 35-point, 10-assist effort in Tuesday’s win. Over his last 10 games, Pedulla has averaged 24.7 points and 5.7 assists, powering the Remix offense.

College Park will counter with RayJ Dennis, a dynamic playmaker who has posted eye-popping numbers despite the team’s losses. Dennis is averaging 23.3 points and 11.6 assists over his last 10 contests, including a 46-point, 15-assist performance on Jan. 16. In the loss to Cleveland, he dished out 18 assists.

For Rip City, balance behind Pedulla has been crucial. In the win over Mexico City, Alex Reese recorded a double-double with 22 points and 12 rebounds, while Blake Hinson added 27 points. The Remix have won seven of their last 11 games.

The Skyhawks have struggled defensively, allowing an average of 128.3 points during their current skid. Javan Johnson (23 points vs. Cleveland) and Malik Williams (19 points) provide scoring support for Dennis, but consistent stops have been elusive.

Interstat’s game simulator projects a comfortable 124-100 victory for the Remix.

This contest is the first of a quick two-game set between the teams at Gateway Center, with a rematch scheduled for Monday.
