BONNY DOON, Calif. (Interstat) — The Sioux Falls Skyforce defeated the Santa Cruz Warriors 117-103 in a G League game Saturday at Kaiser Permanente Arena, avenging a loss from the previous night.

Sioux Falls seized control with a 39-point third quarter to turn a tight contest into a double-digit victory. The Skyforce, who led 50-45 at halftime, improved to 17-12. Santa Cruz fell to 9-18.

Jahmir Young led a balanced Sioux Falls attack, consistently creating offense. The Warriors were paced by Malevy Leons. The Skyforce’s decisive run after halftime proved too much for Santa Cruz to overcome, despite a higher pregame win probability from statistical models.
