SALT LAKE CITY (Interstat) — The Rip City Remix stunned the league-leading Salt Lake City Stars 138-124 in a G League game Friday night at Bruin Arena. The visiting Remix used a dominant 47-point third quarter to pull away for the victory, overcoming a 91.2% pregame win probability for the home team.

Salt Lake City led 53-49 at halftime, but Rip City’s explosive third-quarter performance turned the tide decisively. The Remix improved to 11-9, while the Stars fell to 16-3. The teams will meet again in Salt Lake City on Saturday.
