BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Interstat) — The Texas Legends never trailed Sunday, cruising to a 121-91 G League victory over the Birmingham Squadron at Legacy Arena.

Texas established a commanding 31-18 lead after the first quarter and maintained a double-digit advantage throughout. The Legends’ offense was consistent across all periods, shooting efficiently from the field. Birmingham could not mount a sustained rally despite a 29-point second quarter.

Dalano Banton and Sheldon Edwards provided key perimeter scoring for Texas, while Keion Brooks and Christian Shumate led Birmingham’s efforts. The win improved Texas to 5-6, while Birmingham fell to 3-7. The teams meet again here Tuesday.
