CLEVELAND (Interstat) — The Cleveland Charge look to climb above .500 when they host the struggling Noblesville Boom in a G League matchup Wednesday night at Wolstein Center.

The Charge (5-5) enter on a high note after a 135-117 road victory over Windy City on Sunday. Chaney Johnson posted a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds, while Killian Hayes scored a team-high 26 points.

Noblesville (2-7) snapped a five-game skid with a narrow 111-109 home win over Wisconsin on Sunday, fueled by Steven Ashworth’s 27 points and nine assists. Center Gabe McGlothan added 16 points and 10 rebounds.

Despite the Boom’s recent win, they face a challenge against a Cleveland team that has been strong at home, while Noblesville has yet to win on the road this season (0-5).

The teams will meet again in Cleveland on Friday.
