SAN DIEGO (Interstat) — Taylor Funk’s last-second shot lifted the San Diego Clippers to a 108-107 G League victory over the South Bay Lakers on Sunday at Frontwave Arena.

San Diego erased an early deficit with a 37-point second quarter and held a narrow lead for much of the second half. South Bay’s RJ Davis tied the game at 107 with a floating jumper with 1:33 remaining, setting the stage for Funk’s game-winner on the final possession.

The Clippers improved to 5-2. The Lakers fell to 5-3.
