Raptors 905 vs. Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. (Interstat) — Two of the NBA G League’s hottest teams will meet for a second consecutive night when the undefeated Raptors 905 face the Greensboro Swarm on Thursday at Greensboro Coliseum Fieldhouse.

Raptors 905 (5-0) remained perfect with a 124-119 road victory over the Swarm on Wednesday. Greensboro (4-1) suffered its first loss of the season in that contest, a back-and-forth affair that saw the Raptors pull away late.

The Raptors, the affiliate of the Toronto Raptors, have dominated their opponents this season, winning each game by an average of 24.6 points. Their closest contest was the five-point win over Greensboro. Prior to that, their largest margin of victory was a 36-point rout of College Park on Nov. 7.

The Swarm, the developmental team of the Charlotte Hornets, had opened their season with four straight wins, including a pair of high-scoring road victories over Delaware and two narrow home wins against Maine.

Thursday’s game offers Greensboro an immediate chance for redemption on its home floor. The back-to-back set is a common feature of the G League schedule, often testing a team’s depth and resilience.

Following this matchup, the Swarm will head to Long Island for a two-game series starting Saturday. The Raptors 905 will have a break before continuing their road trip at Long Island on Nov. 29.
