GRAZ, Austria (Interstat) — A late goal from substitute Sebastian Orgler delivered Admira U16 a 1-0 victory over Sturm Graz U16 in Jugendliga U16 play Saturday at Murauer-Bier-Arena.

The match, part of the Austrian youth league’s Week 18, appeared destined for a draw after Sturm Graz substitute Dominik Haring broke a scoreless deadlock in the 74th minute. Orgler, who entered the game in the 78th minute, answered for the visitors just eight minutes later with an 86th-minute winner.

The result defied pregame projections that heavily favored the home side. Sturm Graz received yellow cards in the 45th and 62nd minutes. Admira begins its league campaign with a win, while Sturm Graz opens with a loss.
