NORRKÖPING, Sweden (Interstat) — Nicolas Martinez scored twice, including a 90th-minute winner, to lead Norrkoping U21 to a 2-1 victory over Degerfors U21 in SWE U21 League play Tuesday at PlatinumCars Arena.

Martinez opened the scoring in the 47th minute. Degerfors U21’s Elvi Elington equalized in the 61st, but Martinez secured the three points with his late strike. The result aligns with Interstat’s pre-match projection of a 2-1 Norrkoping win.

The home side improved its league record to one win and one loss. Degerfors U21 remains winless through two matches this season. Both teams are scheduled to meet again in a rematch on Sunday.
