GUASTATOYA, Guatemala (Interstat) — A stoppage-time equalizer forced a 1-1 draw between Orgryte U21 and GAIS U21 in a SWE U21 League match Sunday at Estadio David Cordón Hichos.

Yorman Baltazar broke the deadlock for the visiting GAIS side in the 86th minute, appearing to secure an upset victory. However, Orgryte’s Emanuel Yori answered deep into added time, scoring in the seventh minute of stoppage time to salvage the draw.

The result defied pregame projections that heavily favored Orgryte. Both clubs moved to 0-0-1 records in the young league season. GAIS U21 next faces Utsikten U21 on Sunday, while Orgryte U21 hosts Elfsborg U21 on March 29.
