TUKUMS, Latvia (Interstat) — Super Nova II defeated Tukums 2000 II 3-0 on Thursday, using goals from Georgijs Bombans, Fabio Sebastians Rosa and Rodrigo Gegermanis to secure the result. Bombans opened the scoring in the 12th minute, Rosa doubled the lead in the 40th and Gegermanis added the third in the 67th. Arvids Ruduss and Alens Grikovs each recorded an assist for Super Nova II. Super Nova II converted its chances and held Tukums 2000 II without a goal. The visitors improved their record in the competition to one win, one loss and one draw, matching their all-competitions mark. Tukums 2000 II fell to no wins, two losses and one draw in the competition and across all competitions. Super Nova II controlled the scoring while Tukums 2000 II could not find a response. The result gave Super Nova II its first win of the season in the competition.
